Our products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases when an item has been received in a damaged, defective condition, or if an incorrect product has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong item, please follow the steps below within 7 business days of receiving your order:

Email our customer support team at reliiveofficial@gmail.com within 7 business days of order delivery.
Step 2
Share the following details:
- Order number
- Return/Replace/Refund request
- Clear images of the product and invoice
(Images are mandatory in all cases)
Step 3
Our logistics partner will collect the product within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the items are received in their original packaging, seals, containers, and labels intact.
Note: In case a replacement is not available, refund of the full amount will be initiated.
A return may be raised for individual items, but any product returned must include all accessories and complimentary items received with it.
Refund Timelines
Online Payments (UPI / Card / Net Banking / Wallet)
Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 24–48 business hours after the product is received by us. Depending on your bank’s processing timelines, it may take additional days to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery Orders
A bank transfer will be initiated to the bank details shared by you through email. This will be completed within 24–48 business hours after product pickup and verification.
Return Requests Will Be Declined In The Following Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product used or opened
- Product damaged due to improper handling
- Returned without original packaging, invoice, tag, labels or freebies
- If product serial number is tampered
- Return request raised after 7 business days
- If image of the product + invoice is not provided
Important Note
Please check the complete ingredient list before purchasing any product. Returns or refunds due to allergy or personal sensitivity to any ingredient shall not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on Reliive.com cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in situations where:
- Payment failure occurred
- You are unable to receive delivery due to unavoidable circumstances

Note: Decision to accept or deny cancellation belongs solely to Reliive.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India only.
Orders are shipped using registered courier partners and/or speed post services.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on pincode and courier service availability.
Reliive shall not be held responsible for delays from courier companies. Our responsibility is to hand over the shipment within 2–4 business days from order/payment confirmation.
Delivery will be made only to:
- the address provided at checkout
OR - the registered address on your account
(unless updated before order confirmation)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.
During promotional campaigns or giveaways, shipping charges may be:
- ₹149/- for prepaid orders
- ₹49 extra for Cash on Delivery
(Charges are mutually exclusive and may apply independently based on order type & value)
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- tracking number
- courier partner name
by email.
Shipment may be tracked online within 24 hours after dispatch.
